Jennifer Whiteside is a seasoned human relations professional who leads military and veteran recruiting efforts for JPMC, in support of the firm’s Consumer and Community Banking line of business. In this capacity, she maps out the military hiring strategy, manages the relationship with the line of business recruiters and hiring managers, and assists members of the military, veterans and their spouses in their transition from the military life to the corporate environment.
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of staffing experience to her role. Prior to her current position, Jennifer served as the regional staffing manager for Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Texas and Canadian markets for Chase Card Services. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, she served in a variety of human resources roles in several Fortune 500 companies.
