We may take photos or video of segments of meetings, programs and events for use in our print and/or electronic material, and we may identify individuals in such photos or videos by name and/or business/organization affiliation and title. If you do not wish your likeness, name or affiliation to be used in this way, please let us know at the beginning of the event.
